Qualification:

• Graduate of drafting technology or another related course.
• With 1 to 2 years' work experience as draftsman in a real estate company.
• with expertise in using AutoCAD , Stadd or Indesign
• Must be a resident of Imus Cavite or any nearby location
• Can start ASAP.

duties and responsibilities:

• Create technical drawings, manufacturing schematics, and architectural plans based on given specifications and calculations.
• Collaborate with engineers on projects.
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
• Accommodate safety procedures and issues in installation and construction drawings.
• Prepare and present detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures according to specifications provided by architect.
