Job description

• Prepare Design Drawings in CAD and 3D models based on the ideas and sketches provided by Architect.
• Prepare Submission Plans comply with all building regulation and by-laws, coordinate with consultants for building structural and mechanical requirements, coordinate the infrastructure details, submit the Submission Plan to Authority and follow up for approval.
• Prepare Authority Checklist by Project
• Prepare Tender Drawings and Document, complete with design features detailing, architecture finishes, detail building specifications, building structural and mechanical study.
• Carry out monthly Site Inspection to verify the works constructed at site comply with Construction Drawing, and report to Architects if any non-compliance or irregularity observed at the Construction Site.
