Architectural Engineer

The role in brief

The Architectural Engineer is responsible for designing buildings and in charge of overseeing timely and profitable completion of the project. Coordinates the work team, consults with clients, draws designs, and proposes budgets.  

Your Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to collect information on design requirements for building projects and identify structural specifications, location and budget
• Identify/specify requirements for the project including cost estimates, materials, and assumed duration of construction
• Prepare proposals and deliver presentations to clients
• Offer recommendation to clients (internal and external) on suitable choice of design, considering set budget and preference
• Produce designs for proposed structures using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD,3Dmax and manual drafting
