Architectural Manager | Degree + 10 Years Experience

• Salary is $5,000 - $8,000 + Variable Bonus ( No AWS )

REQUIREMENTS

• Recognized Degree in Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction or equivalent
• Min 10 Years of experience in drawing coordination and management in the Singapore Construction Industry
• Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit / BIM Software in Architectural/ Structural/ MEP.
• Good understanding of the Singapore Construction Industry regulations (eg. Building code, BCA, URA and LTA)
• Experience in leading a team of coordinators and drafters in Shop drawing production, coordination, and document control.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Involve and lead in checking and coordination of Shop drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (e.g., Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors works)
