Architectural Manager

Job Description: Liaise closely with clients, consultants, project team members and sub-contractors to ensure proper follow-up on all technical requirements To plan trades schedule and coordinate architectural trade work, finishes, and interfacing with structural and M&E details. Ensure timely submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements as per the project schedule. Plan and coordinate on-site activities, working closely with subcontractors and their supervisors to ensure smooth execution. Conduct routine inspections on architectural works to ensure smooth progress & compliance with approved design and specification Ensure timely and smooth progress of works by monitoring the progress of the works with respect to the targeted schedule. Ensure all works meet specified requirements, EHS requirements, quality standards and government regulations are complied with, including maintainability requirements.
