Architectural Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the performance and timely completion of all architectural works in accordance with the project master programme.
• Responsible to manage the coordination.
• Responsible for the planning and implementation of the project architectural scope of works.
• Responsible for coordinating all works of nominated & domestic sub-contractors, and that the works are carried out in compliance with the site EHS requirements.
• Responsible for preparing the weekly / monthly progress report for architectural works to incorporate to the weekly / monthly project progress report.
• To work with the QS and prepare the schedule for procurement of architectural subcontractors, and materials and the deliveries.
• To liaise with consultants on all matters relating to all architectural works.
