Architectural Project Manager

**Position Overview**

The Architectural Project Manager will oversee our direct-hired architectural teams and coordinate with landlord-hired architects through the architectural development of the project until handoff to the construction team. The APM will oversee the architectural project development for Burlington’s new store program, including complex, multi-level, and vertical retail environments. The Architectural Project Manager is responsible for coordinating architectural teams, landlords, and internal partners through all phases of design, documentation, and permitting, ensuring that projects meet prototype standards, lease requirements, and operational needs while addressing the added complexity of vertical circulation, structural coordination, and phased construction. Candidates must be located in the NY Metro area. This region will cover our NY Urban business (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island, etc.).
