Architectural Site Supervisor

Project: 1 Avenue Commercial Centre & Serviced Apartments
Location: Kota Marudu, Sabah

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all architectural works for our mixed-use development project in Kota Marudu.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all architectural works on site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on architectural matters
• Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification
• Monitor work progress, workmanship, and materials used
• Ensure site works comply with safety regulations and project timelines
• Prepare site reports and attend project meetings when required
