Architectural Supervisor

• Job Description:
  • Oversee architectural works from commencement to completion. 
  • Report construction progress and identify any factors adversely affecting the project. 
  • Prepare submission of shop drawings, materials, Method of Statements 
  • Manage the coordination of shop drawings. 
  • Review the accuracy of drawings and coordinate with Consultants and with all other trades. 
  • Monitor subcontractors' works progress in achieving the agreed work schedules and work phases
  • Assist in inspections and attend meetings with client, consultants, sub-contractors and authorities. 
  • Review project specifications, address technical clarification
  • Any other task assigned by the Project Manager and Project Director from time to time. 

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent. 
• Experience in high-rise building construction..
