Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend daily subcontractor meetings to resolve structural and architectural issues and ensure project schedules are met.
• Monitor site progress and safety compliance of subcontractors, reporting findings to immediate superiors and safety officers.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings and specifications, and initiate corrective actions for any non-conformance.
• Conduct daily inspections with the Project RE/RTO and follow up on comments to secure approvals for work commencement.
• Maintain proper inspection records for future reference and as legal documentation in the event of defects or disputes.
• Demonstrate confidence when dealing with workers, subcontractors, and colleagues, and seek guidance from senior staff when necessary while promoting mutual respect.
