For the last 5 years more and more clients have been engaging Baxall to deliver concept designs (stages 0 to 3) while benefiting from real world cost estimates that can be delivered efficiently and on time. Such has been the success of this approach that Baxall are now looking to recruit a talented Architect or Architectural Technician to join the preconstruction team and help develop and deliver this design service with an ambition to build a team around you.
