Area After Sales Manager - VW

In this key position, you will join a dynamic, innovative, and customer‑driven Field team and will support our Quebec‑based dealers. As Area After Sales Manager, you will coach dealers and implement business development tactics and leverage marketing programs to ensure the growth of the Parts and Service business. This role will be responsible for visiting dealerships on a regular basis to observe processes, identify performance opportunities and provide face‑to‑face guidance on implementation of business plans and strategies to increase customer satisfaction and grow Parts and Service market share within agreed business objectives.
