Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably with background in Marketing, Community Development, Social Work, Education, or Agriculture
Minimum of 6 months experience in the field of customer service, community work, or any related fields
The incumbent establishes effective business community relationships with sugarcane planters in support of planter retention and patronage, and attracts new planters.
Administratively, the incumbent conducts regular ocular inspections to gather insights on the actual sugarcane field conditions to create realistic projections and tailor-fit campaign strategies.
Monitor industry developments and competitors to adjust strategies as needed.
