Area Head Manager

Responsible for leading and supporting a sales/account servicing team by coordinating lead generation efforts, reviewing performance, ensuring compliance, and managing team development and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports Product Manager in the lead generation activities
• Supervises and oversees teams in all operation related tasks
• Prepares policies, procedures and guidelines
• Prepares and reviews management information system (MIS) reports
• Assists in Stakeholder Management
• Performs other job related projects as may be assigned from time to time

Tasks:

• Coordinates with Product Manager for the timely execution of lead generation activities
• Suggests lead generation activities
• Discusses the monthly and weekly targeting with AS/Team Leader (TL)/Department Head (DH) through regular portfolio review
