Area Manager (Abra, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur)

This role will fully manage and travel across Abra, Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur.



The Area Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing distributor and DSS relationships, and ensuring smooth operational execution within the assigned territory. This role oversee sales agents, Regional Distributors (RD), and DSS partners to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous sales growth. The Area Manager is expected to identify performance gaps, implement corrective actions, maintain regulatory and policy adherence, and support field operations. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and operational discipline are essential for success in this role.
