Job Description

Responsibilities

Overseeing the operations of multiple locations within a particular region

Managing budgets, staffing, and customer relations at multiple locations

Identifying and addressing operational issues or challenges within the region

Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations within the region

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the region, including customers, employees, and local community leaders

Ensuring that all locations within the region are meeting the organization's performance standards and goals
HESQ and Ethics & Compliance
Work in accordance with H&S policy and relevant legislation, Yara safety and security principles and golden rules

Always act in accordance with Ethics & Compliance policy as defined by Yara globally
