You will be responsible for driving sales performance, operational standards, and customer experience across multiple locations, while leading and developing a team of Store Managers. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role, with regular store visits to ensure standards, execution, and commercial performance are consistently delivered. You will act as the key link between stores and senior leadership, translating strategy into action on the shop floor.
