About the role – Area Manager at Smith&Smith® - Lower South Island Region
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations of Smith&Smith® corporate service locations, mobile and authorised dealers in the Lower South Island Region (Dunedin, Invercargill, Oamaru and Queenstown). You’ll be hiring, training, and developing effective teams, implementing Belron® standards, and working cross-functionally to achieve success. Ultimately, the Area Manager is accountable for driving brand awareness and increasing profitability within their territory.
Location: Smith&Smith Dunedin
Hours: 40 hours per week between 07:00am – 07:00pm Monday to Friday

Seasoned in managing multiple branches with a keen eye for operational and commercial success.
Experienced in fostering strong relationships and managing diverse teams across geographies.
