We're looking for a commercially sharp Area Manager to lead and energise Beauty Coach teams across a defined retail territory. This is a field-based, people-led sales role ideal for someone who thrives in-store, loves coaching teams, and knows how to turn retail activity into results.

Duties & Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for delivering territory sales targets, developing Beauty Coaches, and ensuring exceptional brand execution across counters, activations and events.
