Job Description

Our client is a global medical device company who provides consumable products to hospitals.
Responsibilities
Translating the company's innovations (products, features, specs) to clinical value for the customer. Also, collecting customer needs and feedback and sharing these with product management.
Working in collaboration with the Sales team, New Business division, and Clinical team to develop program materials to train the Sales team and other internal customers on the operations, features, and clinical benefits of the company's hardware and software products.
Training the Sales team on the clinical value of our products and solutions. Educating the team on specific selling techniques through the creation of clinical importance.
Assisting the Sales team in customer negotiation meetings to be able to adequately represent the value of the company's solutions versus the competition.
