Area Manager - HEIS Gujranwala

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Agriculture Engineer to join our HEIS Project team. The incumbent will play a key role in promoting HEIS technology, ensuring successful project execution, and supporting farmers in achieving improved crop yield through optimized agronomical practices and efficient drip irrigation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the complete HEIS project cycle, from demand generation to successful farmer yield outcomes.
Optimize agronomical practices to maximize the benefits of drip irrigation systems.
Develop and train a skilled technical team capable of executing HEIS projects at the district level.
Provide training, supervision, and technical support to execution teams, sales teams, and farmers.
Coordinate with government departments and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and recovery procedures.
