Area Manager (IFS)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the performance delivery of facility management service at respective zones
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Building Managers, Technical Executive, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to ensure day-to-day operations at assigned buildings
• Identify and troubleshoot problems and provide professional advice to the team
• Develop standard operation procedure and internal work flow to maintain smooth operation at sites
• Manage relation to client/ authorities, being the liaising point of contact
• Oversee area budgeting and expenses
• Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management

Job Requirements:

Possess an approved tertiary or equivalent qualification and with at least 5 years relevant post graduate experience in Projects & Facilities Management/ Estate Management/ Engineering or Equivalent
