Area Manager II, IXD Operations

Our MXCF Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. We are looking for seasoned, customer-focused leaders who want to join our team as an Area Manager at our new Inbound Cross Dock (IXD) - the first of its kind in Mexico. This state‑of‑the‑art facility represents a significant milestone in Amazon's expansion in Latin America, featuring new processes and innovative cross‑docking solutions.

In this role, you will lead multiple teams of hourly workforce and will be responsible for developing and coaching other managers while ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance across operations.
