Area Manager

Our client, a leading player in the agricultural industry, is seeking dynamic and driven Area Managers / Sales & Technical Representatives to join their team. This role offers the chance to combine technical expertise with sales acumen, supporting producers and driving growth across key commodities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with producers in the assigned region.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to optimize crop production.
• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve targets.
• Gather, analyze, and report market intelligence and producer data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in agricultural sales.
• Agricultural qualification (degree/diploma) advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge of maize, potatoes, sunflower, soybeans, or groundnuts.
