Job Summary
The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations, performance, and profitability of multiple restaurant outlets within an assigned area. This role ensures operational excellence, food safety compliance, customer satisfaction, and effective people management in line with company standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of assigned outlets to ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and service standards.
- Ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards across all outlets.
- Monitor and improve outlet performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Financial & Performance Management
- Manage and control outlet budgets, labour costs, food costs, and operating expenses.
- Analyze sales performance, P&L reports, and KPIs; implement action plans to achieve targets.
