Area Manager

PRISM+ is one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing consumer electronics brands, and Malaysia is a key growth market. We are looking for a commercially driven Area Manager to lead and scale our Klang Valley retail operations across 5 outlets.

This is not a store manager role. This is a retail growth leadership role. You will own revenue performance, team capability, operational excellence and retail expansion execution — reporting directly to the Country Director. Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across 5 Klang Valley outlets with full P&L accountability for the retail channel
• Set, track and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Analyse sales trends, conversion rates, ATV, traffic patterns and SKU performance
