Area Manager

The Outlet Manager is responsible for managing the overall daily operations of Ayam Gepuk AG outlet across Sarawak. This role ensures consistent food quality, excellent customer service, cost control, and team performance in line with Ayam Gepuk AG brand standards and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outlet Operations

• Manage daily outlet operations including kitchen, service counter, and cashier.
• Ensure strict adherence to Ayam Gepuk AG SOPs, recipes, portion control, and service standards.
• Monitor peak-hour operations to ensure fast service and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (MOH & halal compliance).

2. Team Leadership & Staffing

• Lead, motivate, and supervise crew members, supervisors, and kitchen staff.
