We are looking for Country Manager to coordinate all points of sale and the team.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Efficiently manage and supervise store staff to ensure timely completion of their assigned tasks.
• Ensure the staff is thoroughly informed about the company's marketing plan and oversee its flawless execution.
• Supervise and optimize workforce schedules for each establishment, aligning them with the store's specific requirements.
• Address inquiries and complaints from sales staff, providing suitable recommendations for effective solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
• Enhance both external and internal communication channels, fostering effective communication between different points of sales and within each store.
