Job Description
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations of Smith&Smith® corporate service locations, mobile and authorised dealers in the Central North Island Region (Hawkes Bay up to New Plymouth). You’ll be hiring, training, and developing effective teams, implementing Belron® standards, and working cross-functionally to achieve success. Ultimately, the Area Manager is accountable for driving brand awareness and increasing profitability within their territory.
Location: Smith&Smith Palmerston North
Hours: 40 hours per week between 07:00am – 07:00pm Monday to Friday
