Area Manager

What You'll Do:

• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential franchise partners
• Learn how to present and promote franchise model
• Support store openings and help coordinate site setup requirements
• Monitor branch performance and ensure consistent operational standards
• Collaborate with Commissary, HR, and Marketing teams for branch support
• Analyze sales performance and contribute ideas for growth

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, operations, or customer service (fresh grads are welcome)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willing to travel and work on-field for store and franchise support
• Motivated, organized, and ready to grow into an operations leader
