About the role
As an Area Manager at Petbarn, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple Petbarn stores within a designated region. This full-time, Sydney-based role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and successful delivery of Petbarn's customer-focused retail strategy across your area.
What you'll be doing
Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned Petbarn stores, ensuring consistent service excellence and compliance with company policies and procedures
Lead, coach and develop store management teams to maximise individual and store performance
Closely monitor sales, inventory, operational metrics and customer satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement
