DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports the management in implementing a shared vision for the organization and establishing an environment that facilitates and motivates employees in working toward achievement of operational and company goals.
• Oversees the implementation of the plans, strategies and forecasts for the branch. Reviews strategies to ensure achievement of operational and financial targets.
• Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the branch activity.
• Planning, evaluating and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
• Ensures that the branch fully complies with existing operating guidelines/standard operating procedures.
• Conducts scheduled and unscheduled branch visits and surprise checks in branches within your area.
