Job Summary

Oversee the Cavite District and accountable of all store operations by ensuring maximum sales and profitability through customer service, inventory, marketing and sales, managing operating cost and people development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that policies and standards are implemented being the process champion
• Market awareness and profiling
• Responsible for day to day management of all branches within Cavite area
• Ensure on time and effective implementation of promo activation and launching

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course( preferably business course)
• With atleast 5 years related work experience from retail or food establishments
• Has comprehensive work knowledge on store management, marketing operations, inventory, warehouse management or equivalent.
• Has strong leadership skills, result- oriented and customer focus
