Role Summary
The role is responsible for providing commercial leadership and specialist expertise in Power Solutions by understanding customer industries, applications, and operating environments. It drives the development and performance of the Power Solutions business across unit sales, parts, logistics, and key segments (industrial, marine, and generation) within the Southern African Business Area. Success depends on strong internal and external relationships, deep market and product knowledge, effective stock and supply chain management, and the implementation of consistent standards, processes, and targets across the retail network to ensure profitability, cost efficiency, high aftersales service levels, and a strong Scania brand presence
