Area Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The area Manager for Operations plans, executes, and finalizes project according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the team and third party constructors or consultant to provide quality products efficiently, safely and professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS STANDARD:

A. Education

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

B. Experience

• At least ten (10) years technical work experience in horizontal and vertical constructions showing progressive leadership experience
• Project management skills-Advanced
• Knowledge of environment, health and safety standards and procedures
• Knowledge of ISO Quality Management System, an advantage
• Verbal and written communication skills-Intermediate
• Knowledge of/skills in Primavera-Intermediate
• Knowledge of/ skills in MS Office-Intermediate
