Area Manager in Rome - 12 Months Assignment

Are you ready to elevate your career in sales management? Kellanova (formerly Kelloggs) are looking for a Sales Area Manager for Central Italy on a 12 month fixed term contract, where you will drive in-store excellence and accelerate sales growth across multiple channels.

In this role, you will report to the Field Sales Force and Operational Lead, managing and inspiring a team of Field Sales Representatives to deliver outstanding in-store execution and achieve ambitious sell-out and KPI targets. Youll play a key role in coaching, training, and developing future talentbuilding a high-performing team that reflects Kellanovas values and ambition.

Enjoy true mobility and flexibility! You can be based in Rome, with the expectation to be in the field three days per week and attend office meetings when needed.
