Growing restaurant groups don't come around every day especially ones where you can actually help shape what comes next.

An established Toronto hospitality group is looking for a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee two grab and go concepts - one existing, one coming summer 2026 and more growth in the pipeline.

Think strong culture, hands-on leadership, openings, systems, people development and the chance to grow alongside the brand. This isn't a sit-in-the-office role. They want someone organized, operationally strong and collaborative.

Someone who can jump between locations, support managers, build SOPs, help open new restaurants and still lead with the team instead of above it.

The business does a huge amount through delivery platforms, has a growing events side, and is actively expanding with multiple projects already in motion.

QSR experience could be a huge asset, but polished independent restaurant experience works too.
