**Area Manager**

**Location: Toronto, ON**

**Employment Type: 18 Months Contract Full-Time Position**

**Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.**

+ Strong mediator and problem solver.
+ Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
+ Ability to read and interpret documents.
+ Demonstrated ability and exposure to financial planning.
+ Ability to teach, delegate and give direction to others.
+ Proficient in computer and typing skills.
+ 5+ years management experience with 10+ direct reports.
+ 5+ years of operational management.
