POSITION SUMMARY

TheArea Manager is responsible for expanding FastMed's business through strong partnerships with DSWD Regional Offices, evaluating new store opportunities, overseeing store operations, and ensuring profitability. This role requires regular fieldwork, relationship building, operations oversight, and leadership of assigned store teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Development

• Market FastMed Services to DSWD regional and satellite offices.
• Monitor daily Guarantee Letter ( GL) volume and assess feasibility for new stores or kiosks.
• Identify and recommend new expansion sites based on demand and foot traffic.
• Prepare location feasibility and ROI evaluations.

2. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSWD Regional Directors, division heads and staff.
• Ensure smooth coordination on GL and beneficiary assistance .
