The Area Manager oversees multiple store locations, ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance with company standards, and consistent execution. The role is also responsible for creating, improving, and enforcing operational flows, SOPs, and guidelines to support efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure SOP compliance
• Create, review, and improve operational flows, guidelines, and procedures
• Monitor CCTV, unusual events, and store audits
• Review inventory, near-expiry items, wastage, and variances
• Conduct cash fund and asset audits
