RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

This role oversees daily operations of Rose Pharmacy branches, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. It leads and develops branch personnel, manages training and performance, and fosters a culture of accountability and customer focus.
