Area Operations Manager

YSU Marketing Corporation is in immediate need of an Area Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects including distribution, finance/accounting, logistics and manpower.
• Locates areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities for the employees and business unit
• Provides training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel.
• Manages budget and allocate funds appropriately.
• Monitors staff performance levels, provides feedback on and helps identify improvement opportunities.
• Meet or exceed established KPIs; remain accountable for products.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in business and marketing related course
• Operations management background preferably in a distribution industry is an advantage (3 – 4-year experience)
