Position Summary
TheDirector of Operations plans, leads, and oversees all aspects of operations activities in the designated area/division with an unwavering commitment to safety, ethics, quality, people leadership and customer care.
Essential Functions
Collaborates with senior leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on area/division operations.
Implementsand communicates the strategic direction of the organization within the designated area/division.
Drives exceptional safety performance in the area/division through visible, transparent leadership on work sites.
