Rogers Group is currently seeking anArea Production Managerbased out ofHopkinsville, KYfor our four operations in Western Kentucky reporting directly to the SMA Vice President. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain employees while focused on uncompromised excellence in safety, quality, and productivity.

Job Responsibilities:
