What requirements you'll need to be eligible

1.5 years of experience leading a team including managing the team's KPI (Leader/Junior Supervisor level are acceptable).

4 years of total sales experience, including area sales experience in the Medan region (previously handled the Medan area).

Industry background: Biomedical / Pharmaceutical / Medical Devices (non-OTC products; prescription-only).

Experience in doing 35% hunting, 35% maintaining, and 20% leading.

Expert in penetrating to Obgyn/Pediatric.
