An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven sales leader to join a global medical device organisation within their orthopaedic division. 
 
The Opportunity
 
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 5–6 sales professionals across metro and regional Victoria. The territory represents a $40–50M portfolio with strong opportunity for further growth and market share expansion.
 
You will play a critical role in building sales momentum, strengthening account management disciplines, and elevating team performance.
