Area Sales Manager- BKK

**We are seeking a result-oriented, thorough, and organized sales supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.** ​

+ Motivating staff and leading the team to achieve sales targets in assigned area
+ Managing the sales team and sales activities within the company including interviewing new member of the team.
+ Coaching and carrying out sales training with sales representatives and role-playing sales techniques.
+ Reporting on progress towards sales KPI's (weekly field report).
+ To collect the market competitor data in the responsible area as assigned.
