Area Sales Manager (East Malaysia)

Job Description Objectives/Purpose of the role
Maintain existing customer database, & developing new customers
Finding new business opportunities, & providing professional solutions to contractors and applicators
Work through other departments counting production, quality, and technical in all stages of improvement to make sure clients' necessities are met.
Representing the product to clients and at field procedures like seminars and conferences.
Communicating among other members of the sales team
Offers technical knowledge throughout presentations and throughout site walks. Key Areas of Responsibility
Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area & achieving the annual budget
Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends
Manage & conduct the sales as per the company’s business plan with allocated customer base in line with the set targets, objectives and authority limits
