The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue and maximizing occupancy across a defined portfolio of properties or spaces.
This hands-on role combines strategic sales management with daily field activity — from handling inbound enquiries and proactively generating leads to hosting site visits and closing smaller deals. The position requires a dynamic, service-driven professional who thrives both on the road and in direct client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all incoming and outgoing sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
Develop and convert leads through proactive sales activity, networking, and client visits.
