Position: Area Sales Manager 
Location:  Guwahati  
Job Purpose:   
Ensure and support Branch Sales Deliverables 
Principal Accountabilities:  
BC Sales – channel sales in an open distribution model 
Sales and distribution for an entire state 
Managing Primary and Secondary Sales and business growth, category and share objectives 
Delivering primary and secondary sales objectives 
Delivering numeric distribution objectives for both direct and indirect distribution 
Managing customer payments and debtor day objectives 
Managing a two tier sales team of Sales Executives and Salesforce (- company employees) including resource deployment, planning PJPs, reviewing Go-To-Market effectiveness and sales delivery 
Perform HR functions of recruitment, training and development of sales team.
